MICHAEL RUSH - EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT/INVENTOR & CO-FOUNDER OF WINGSHIELD INC.

Retired Senior Federal Law Enforcement Supervisor with over 26 years of experience in complex criminal investigations, strategic management, problem solving, and creating strong liaisons and partnerships with other Federal agencies, State and Local law enforcement. Michael is deeply focused on protecting are most vulnerable and loved ones; our children. By creating and inventing the WINGSHIELD shelter-in-place device, he is determined to save as many lives as possible across the spectrum from active threats that unfortunately are lurking in our society today. Michael’s leadership and experience brings the ability to assess risks and to implement and develop operational plans, manage resources and to train team members. He has an expertise in both Domestic and International Drug Trafficking Organizations, investigate Foreign Counter-Intelligence (FCI) and International Terrorism operations, to include physical surveillance and electronic surveillance, tactical operations, and to build cohesive and productive teams to achieve visions and goals.

MICHAEL J. MESSENGER - VICE PRESIDENT OF WINGSHIELD INC. - (RETIRED FBI)

Michael Messenger retired from his more than twenty-five years in federal law enforcement as the acting head of the FBI Newark Division, the seventh largest field office in the country. In his leadership roles in Newark, Mike oversaw hundreds of personnel and millions of dollars of resources focused on mitigating criminal and national security threats throughout New Jersey, including leading a COVID-19 pandemic fraud task force and the first co-located FBI-US Secret Service Cyber Task Force. Mike served as the on-scene commander for numerous high-priority incidents, including domestic terrorism, international terrorism, fugitive matters, and FBI SWAT resource deployments. Prior to his work in Newark, Mike held leadership roles in the FBI Philadelphia Division, which included oversight for hazardous materials response teams, weapons of mass destruction directorate, airport liaison, and the office’s bomb technicians. Mike led dozens of active shooter trainings provided to school administrators and tabletop exercises with businesses for critical incident preparedness. Mike is an expert at building partnerships between the FBI and the private sector, including within the academic community, as well as in the health care, tech, and logistics industries, based on the strong belief these relationships bolster information sharing and integration to enhance public safety.

Throughout his FBI career, Mike demonstrated a commitment to enhancing information sharing and building relationships to thwart terroristic and criminal efforts around the world. Mike led multiple units at FBI Headquarters Counterterrorism Division, where he created and managed the e-Guardian threat monitoring system. This platform streamlined the process for federal, state, and local partners to share terrorism-related information seamlessly in the post-9/11 world. FBI executives also selected Mike to lead the White House Office of the Program Manager Suspicious Activity Reporting initiative, which aimed to efficiently share information in the international arena on potential criminal and national security threats.

Mike is the recipient of numerous awards, including the FBI Director’s Medal of Excellence for Outstanding Leadership. Mike is a father of three children and a loving husband living in South Jersey.

Christopher Savickis - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO) FBI Hostage Rescue Team (HRT), Navy Seal (rETIRED)

Christopher Savickis was a leader within the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a Supervisory Special Agent and held the position of Senior Team Leader of the FBI's elite Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) at Quantico, VA.  In his recently held position, he was always at the ready to confront and resolve the most urgent, dangerous and complex threats arrayed at the United States, both domestically and globally. Many of Savickis' main duties required expertise in multiple high-risk situations, including Active-Shooter-Response and counter measures and training Law Enforcement in case of Active Shooter situation.

Savickis' expertise is extensive, which includes being a certified Tactical Medic; Heavy breacher; and firearms, explosives and heavy weapons operator. In addition, he continues to conduct ongoing training. Savickis continues to be a liaison and Special Operations expert with the U.S. Dept. of Defense counterparts and with Federal, State, City, and local Law Enforcement counterparts. He currently conducts regular ongoing testing and evaluation of new equipment, tactics, and methods in order to enhance operational effectiveness and operator survivability. Prior to joining the FBI, Savickis served our nation as a Navy SEAL. He trained to conduct unconventional special warfare operations in any environment and completed multiple overseas operational deployments.
